PROJECT OVERVIEW
TMD Brickwork was appointed by Morris Property to carry out all brickwork elements on a small residential development at Smithfield Park in Wem. The project comprised four timber-framed bungalows in total – three two-bedroom properties and one three-bedroom property.

This was TMD Brickwork’s first project for Morris Property. The development was completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe, establishing a positive working relationship. We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate on further projects in the future.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
During construction, progress was temporarily delayed while waiting for windows to be installed and roofs to be completed. To maintain efficiency and ensure work progressed safely, the TMD team built up to the window sills before pausing works and returning to site once the windows and roofs were in place.
