TMD Brickwork was tasked with completing the stonework on the redevelopment of Calderdale Hospital, managed by Groundworks Contractor EvaBuild. The scope of the project included installing insulation, the Acon system, stonework, and air ventilation. The work was carried out to enhance the hospital’s infrastructure, ensuring a high-quality, durable finish suitable for healthcare environments.

Access to the site was limited, posing a significant challenge for the safe and efficient transportation of materials and equipment.
SOLUTION: INCREASED LABOUR AND EXTENDED WORK HOURS
To overcome these challenges, we increased the number of skilled workers on-site and extended working hours. This strategy allowed us to maintain momentum, meet deadlines, and ensure the project was completed to the highest standard.
