This project marked the beginning of our working relationship with TC Homes. Our team delivered the brickwork package to a high standard, on time and in line with the client’s expectations. The success of this development has since led to further collaboration across multiple sites, a testament to the quality of workmanship and professionalism demonstrated throughout.

This was the first development for a local Housing Association to incorporate air source heat pumps, contributing to a strong focus on sustainability and affordability. By combining renewable energy sources, including solar panels, the site achieved an EPC rating of A—showcasing a commitment to environmentally conscious building methods.
